Testing the circuit chip and the final testing is crucial important to the cartridge recycle plant because the great quantity of output every day.

1. This cartridge tester can achieve printing test with 142 kinds of cartridges and it also can test whether the electrical contact is good one within 2 seconds.

2. The data displayed by the tester include:  a. model of the cartridge b. numbers of nozzle c. numbers of bad nozzle d. how many times are tested in one clamp e. how many times are tested for one kind of cartridge in one clamp . The data provided by tester is convenient to record by recycling plant, it’s quite important for them. 

3. This tester could achieve printing test by color curve and color block within 10 seconds. The efficiency and precision of printing test will be improved greatly compares with the traditional printing test by printer. (Usually, a printer will take at least 2 minutes to check system and pull out ink from cartridge to print out the testing paper. But it only takes 10 seconds by using our cartridge tester and the situation of nozzle can be judged very easily. Absolutely it cannot be achieved by traditional printer.)
